My relationship with each client is very important to me. I believe it is essential that a garden reflects their needs and tastes, as well as their budget, and I take pride in offering an individually tailored service. I enjoy leading my clients through their garden transformation as we develop ideas together, to achieve their perfect garden that can be enjoyed by family and friends.

The process is divided into three stages to guarantee that our clients are involved in the design process throughout;

The Brief

An initial meeting establishes the departure points of the design process. Your practical, aesthetic and budgetary requirements are established. A detailed site survey is carried out.

The annotated concept plan together with a mood board which provides you with visual examples of the ideas as well as examples of trees, planting palates and materials. Written descriptions and sketches also illustrate the overall concept. Both elements of the concept serve to clarify points, make amendments and choose materials. Before obtaining estimates from contractors and suppliers, the necessary technical drawings and plant lists are produced. Once these have been obtained, the schedule of work is agreed

Planting plans using structure and colour and a palette to your taste.  Ensuring that we work within the capabilities of the site?  Right plant, right place.

Once the design has been agreed I can recommend the most appropriate contractors to approach on your behalf for a quotation to construct your garden. I like to provide at least two contractors with the plans so that they can quote unambiguously for the same work and a decision about whom to employ can be reached fairly.
